To create and maintain safe work environment, from sexual harassment & discrimination for all its employees, as per the guidelines of “The Sexual harassment of women at workplace (prevention, prohibition & redressal) Act, 2013, ( POSH Act)
2. SCOPE :
Alagendran Nidhi Limited (ANL) aims to adopt zero tolerance attitudes against any kind of Sexual Harassment or discrimination caused by any employee during their tenure in ANL towards any other person being an employee of ANL.
3. APPLICABILITY:
a) All employees of ANL, at all locations.
b) All indirect employees employed in ANL in its various locations to the extent as is provided under POSH Act.
c) The visitors and guests who visit ANL, to the extent as is provided under the POSH Act.
1. INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE:
a. Each complaint of Sexual Harassment shall be dealt with utmost confidentiality and urgency by an Internal complaints committee consisting of:

III. Member : Ms.M Mariam Beevi (Advocate) – From Outside
IV. Member :Mr. C Chitharanjan (Senior Manager - Internal Audit)
V. Member : Ms. Vidyalakshmi (Senior Manager - Accounts)
